Welcome
To the casual reader, Hey, Milkman! is a faithful recounting of the daily routine duties of a small-town milkman. For younger readers, this book is a window into a bygone time—a time of modest means and expectations. For older readers, it will be a visit from a long familiar, though forgotten, friend, a nostalgic reacquaintance. Beyond being gathered recollections of simpler times, this book is also a personal journey into the reflective, the spiritual, and the sensual. The book is an introspective quest to interpret the extraordinary within the ordinary.
